The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate Elevate AI’s growth in the European market. The ideal candidate has strong B2B sales experience in technology and a proven track record of acquiring and managing enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and supporting our market expansion initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute Elevate AI’s B2B sales strategy across Europe.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in industrial and enterprise segments.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pitch to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver customer-driven solutions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
• Represent Elevate AI at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–8 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in AI, IoT, or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of industrial or enterprise marketsin Europe.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English;German proficiency is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
